Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for an individual eager to build their sales career by driving business growth and forging strong client relationships. The Junior Territory Sales Manager will focus on developing and managing sales activities within an assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities

Territory Management:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a consistent presence in the field, visiting prospective and current clients to establish relationships and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Sales Activities:
- Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Close deals efficiently and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Reporting & Collaboration:
- Track and report sales activities, including leads, calls, presentations, and deals closed.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:
- 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in field sales, customer service, or account management is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
